- In a sufuria fry onions till golden brown,add mashed garlic and cook for 5mins..
- Add tomatoes,cover sufuria with a lid and let it simmer for 10mins..
- Add the ready gizzards,chopped hoho and dhania let it cook for some minutes..
- Add royco,chicken cube and a little water and salt then cook till ready..
- For the spinach wash and cut into pieces,fry onions and cook the spinach for 5 to 10mins.When ready serve with ugali.Enjoy.
