Green leafy chicken gravy step by step
- Take all veggies and chicken and wash it twice.
- Then cut the 🐔 into small pieces and veggies also.
- Then on flame take a vok and add oil once heat add cumin seeds and garlic ginger paste fry it.
- Once done add onions and mix and fry till it becomes translucent then add tomatoes and fry.
- For 14 minutes then add salt chillies turmeric chicken masala green chillies pepper masala powders and cook for 2 minutes.
- Then add chicken pieces and mix well.
- Close the lid and allow chicken to become soft juice for about 20 minutes.
- Then add 🍋 juice and mix check the consistency of required add water or otherwise add green leafies and mix all and cook for 2 minutes and off stove and close the lid for 20 minutes now it's ready to eat.
- Best with steam hot rice or dosas.
