- First of all...Take a pan...Add oil..Heat the oil...Add bay leaf, Black cardamom and zeera...Mix all well.
- Now add onions and ginger garlic paste and mix them well.
- Now add green chillies and Cook them well till onions becomes soft, brown and fragnant.
- Now add Red chilli powder, Salt and turmeric powder...Mix all well.
- Add the tomato puree and mix all well and cook until the oil separates from gravy.
- Now add Chicken to the gravy and cook it for 20 minutes more.
- Now add hot water to the chicken and add kasuri methi and mix all the ingredients well and cook them for 15 minutes more.
- At last...Add Garam masala over chicken gravy and add coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice, roti or bread...🍖🥣.
