- You need 1 of Sansho pepper or Sichuan pepper.
- It's of Mixed Seasoning Ingredients:.
- It's 3 tbsp of Tianmianjiang - Chinese sweet bean paste.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Soy sauce.
- You need 1/2 cup of - 100 ml Japanese sake.
- It's 200 ml of Chinese soup stock (using 1 1/2 tablespoons of chicken soup stock granules).

- Roughly chop the eggplants into pieces, and stir-fry in sesame oil, then transfer to a plate..
