- You need 2 of Eggs.
- Prepare of Kentucky Flour / your own flour mixture.
- You need of Oil.
- You need of Seasoning.

- Prepare of Garlic Powder.

- Prepare of Optional.
- It's of Chicken/Pork Floss.
Fried Eggplants step by step
