- Prepare 8-10 of skinless chicken drumsticks.
- Prepare of for the Marinade.
- You need 3 tbsp of Dijon mustard.
- It's 2 tbsp of maple syrup.
- It's 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of oil.
- It's to taste of salt & pepper.
- You need of for the Glaze.
- You need 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard.
- It's 1 tbsp of maple syrup.
- You need 1/2 tsp of garlic paste.
- You need 1/4 tsp of chilli flakes.
- You need 1/4 tsp of balsamic vinegar.

- Mix the mustard, maple syrup, oil, balsamic vinegar & salt and pepper together.
- Put the drumsticks in a large ziplock bag.
- Pour the mustard mixture over the chicken in the bag, zip close then roll the bag around in your hands until the chicken is well coated.
- Let rest in the fridge for 3 - 4 hours.
- Preheat the oven to gas 6 / 200C / 400F and line an oven tray with foil.
- Place the chicken in the oven tray and bake for 40 - 45 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
- Mix the glaze ingredients together - the mustard, maple syrup, balsamic, chilli flakes & garlic paste.
- Brush onto the drumsticks and place under a medium-high grill / broiler for a minute to caramelise on each side then serve.
