- Sub sy pehle sela rice ko 3 hour ke liye bhigo dein.
- Aub chicken main 1/2 cup dahi, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp Tarmiric powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garam masal, 1 tbsp zera powder, 1 tsp Chinese salt, zarde ka rang dal kar 4 hour ke liye fridge main rakh dein.
- 4 hour ke baad 6 tbsp oil garam krein aur masala lagi chicken add kar dein aur slow flame par cover kar ke chicken galne tak pakain.
- Jab chicken gal jaye oil alag ho jaye tu flem off kar dein aur koilay ka dhowan de kar side kar dein.

- Phir 1/2 cup dahi dal kar ache sy bhon lein sath hi brown onion bhi add kar dein halka sa pani dal kar masala 2 min ke liye pakain.
- 2 min baad masala lagi chicken add kar dein aur ache sy mix kar dein.
- Aub hara dhanya, hari mirch, podena add krein mix krein aur flem off kar dein.
- Aub ek khole moh ka bara patela lein aub patele main neche thora oil lagain aur half rice becha dein phir ready chicken ki teh lagain phir half raice dalein 6 tbsp oil dalein phela kar sub Tara 1/2 cup pani ka chenta dein zarde ka rang dalein aur cover kar dein.
