  5. Take big pot, spread layer of masala at bottom. Spread layer of rice. Add dahi with zardy ka rang mix in it over rice. Then again spread masala.then rice. Lastly spread harimirchain, haradhania,podina at top. Cover the lid.put at dum 5 minutes high heat then when steam comes out from sides of cover. Then lower the flame..
