- In a small bowl take milk, add 1/2tsp orange food colour. Mix well and put aside..
- Now it's turn of layering. Take a deep pot. Greas it's surface. Now put rice then made a layer of chicken paste. Again rice and then again chicken paste..
- On outer surface again made layer of rice. Now pour the food colour on it and cover it for 10-15 minutes. And put on low flame..
- Now turn off the flame and mix biryani carefully..
