  1. Prepare 750 gms of Sella rice.
  2. Prepare of Whole spices (bay leaves, cinnamon, black pepper,cumin).
  3. Prepare of Salt as required.
  4. Prepare 1 kg of chicken.
  5. You need 4 tbsp of ghee.
  6. You need 1 cup of oil.
  7. It's 1.5 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  8. You need 1 cup of Brown onion.
  9. It's 2 of medium chopped onion.
  10. You need 3-4 of potatoes.
  11. It's 8 of green chillies.
  12. You need 4 of tomatoes chopped.

  15. You need 1 packet of Tikka masala.
  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Garam masala powder.
  17. You need 1/4 tsp of Jaifal jawatri powder.
  18. You need 1 cup of yougurt.
  19. It's 1 tbsp of kewra water.
  20. It's of Few drops Yellow colour.
  21. Prepare 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
  22. Prepare 6 of Cloves.
  23. It's 4 of cardamon.
  24. You need 2 of star anise.

Chicken Tikka Biryani step by step

  1. Soaked Sella rice for 2 hours then boil with whole spices and salt. Don't boil completely..
  2. Now for the gravy heat oil add chopped onion and fry them until light golden colour now add whole spices mentioned above..
  3. Add chicken, ginger garlic paste, tikka masala, tomatoes and bhunify it well..
  4. Add water so chicken cooks completely..
  5. Now add potatoes, garam masala, Jaifal jawatri powder, green chilli and mix well.
  6. Cook for about 10 mins..
  7. Now add brown onion and yougurt and bhunify it well until oil comes on top..
  8. Turn off flame..
  9. Take pateeli add 2 tbsp oil or ghee,add half of the rice and biryani masala,coriander, mint leaves and again rice..
  10. Now mix kewra water with orange food colour..
  11. And pour over the rice and add 2 tbsp ghee on top..
  12. Place your rice on dum for about 15 mins..
