- You need 1/2 kg of Chicken.
- It's 1 1/2 cup of Basmati Rice.
- It's 1 cup of Curd.
- You need 3 tbsp of Milk.
- Prepare few of saffron strands.
- It's 1 tbsp of Black pepper.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Garam masala powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Turmeric.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Dalchini stick.
- You need 3 of Bay Leaves.
- You need Few of Curry leaves.
- It's 3 of Chopped Onions.
- It's 1 tsp of Ginger & Garlic paste.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.

Chicken Biryani step by step
- Marination - : Marinate the chicken with Curd, Salt, Turmeric & black pepper & Ginger Garlic Paste and keep aside for 30mins..
- In.cooker take hee add dalchini, bay Leaves, Mustard Seeds, curry leaves when mustard starts spluttering add onion and saute till golden brown..
- Now add chicken, mix well and cover let it cook for 5 min. Then add basmati rice, mix it gently. Then add 2 cups water..
- In a bowl take warm milk and saffron and Mix Well and drop it all over the rice. Add 1 tbsp ghee on the top..
- Cover the cooker lid and let it cook for 1 whistle and switch off the gas. Let the cooker stay with closed lid for 10 min. This will allow the rice to cook perfectly..
- Now enjoy the Biryani with dahi raita..
