  1. Firstly boil your chicken.. Take a clean big utensil. In that add 5 tbsp oil.. Till then chop the onions into medium size pieces..
  2. When the oil is heated, add chopped onions. Sotte them until they are translucent..
  3. After the onions are cooked, add ginger garlic paste....

  6. Now prepare the steam rice on the other hand.......
  7. Open the lid of chicken, add pudina leaves into it and stir well....
  8. Add the steamed rice onto the chicken and spread it all over the utensil..
  9. Put some Curry leaves and cashew nuts up of the rice....(for garnishing)...
  10. Keep charcoal up of the rice for flavouring.....
  11. Keep it on the low flame for at least 10 mins or so....
