- Prepare 1 tsp of chilli flakes.
- It's 1/2 tsp of biryani masala.

- Firstly boil your chicken.. Take a clean big utensil. In that add 5 tbsp oil.. Till then chop the onions into medium size pieces..
- When the oil is heated, add chopped onions. Sotte them until they are translucent..
- After the onions are cooked, add ginger garlic paste....
- Now add all the above-mentioned masala (in given quantity). Stir the masala's well....
- Now add the boiled chicken in the utensil. Sotte it and add tomato puree above the chicken.... Cook until it's half done. Cover the utensil tightly..
- Now prepare the steam rice on the other hand.......
- Open the lid of chicken, add pudina leaves into it and stir well....
- Add the steamed rice onto the chicken and spread it all over the utensil..
- Put some Curry leaves and cashew nuts up of the rice....(for garnishing)...
