- You need 1 1/2 kg of chicken.
- Prepare 1 kg of rice.
- You need 4 tbls of biryani masala.
- You need 2 of large onions.

- Wash and soak rice for half an hour before boiling. Wash chicken and put them in to bowl..

- First add half rice in the pateela and put all the chicken with gravy in on the rice then again spread remaining rice all over..
- At last add lemon wedges, green chillies halves, fresh mint leaves and sprinkle garam masala over the rice..
