- It's 500 gm of boneless chicken cut into cubes.

- You need 3 of onions finely chopped.
- You need 3 of tomatoes roughly chopped.
- Prepare 2 teaspoon of melon seeds.

- Prepare 1 inch of cinnamon stick.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of jeera.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of cream.

- You need 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric.
- You need 1.5 tbsp of coriander powder.
- You need 3 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- It's 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
- You need 1 of small capsicum cubed.
- You need 1 of tomato deseeded and cubed.

- Prepare 3 tbsp of oil.
- You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
Chicken Tikka Masala instructions
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients mentioned under Marination section. Add chicken and marinate well.
- Cover and keep it aside for 1 hour.
- Insert chicken into skewers. Grease grill pan and grill chicken on all sides. It should be well browned. Keep the cooked tikka aside.
- Soak cashews in warm water for 30 minutes. Discard the water.
- Grind cashews and tomatoes to form smooth puree.
- Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and splutter cumin seeds.
- Add onions and saute until Brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw aroma goes away.
- Add all spice powders except garam masala to the pan and mix well.
- Add salt and puree. Saute until oil starts leaving the sides.
- Cut chicken tikka in smaller pieces. Add tikka to the pan and mix well.
- Add water and bring to boil.
- Add cubed onions and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add cubed capsicum and tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add coriander leaves, lemon juice, garam masala and cream. Mix well. Cook for few seconds. Switch off.
- Serve hot with roti or naan.
