Chicken Tikka Masala step by step
- First marinate the chicken with curd,chicken tikka masala, tandoori masala,coriander powder, cumin powder turmeric powder, Kashmir red and, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and salt..
- Once it's cooked,remove from the skewer and keep it aside..
- Soak for 1-2 hrs.
- Arrange them in a skewer and grill the chicken in oven for 40 minutes (both sides).
- Pour butter in a saucepan, add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaves..
